Hi Folks. I have a Max Jr head/cab setup. The reverb tank is in the head, so kinda tight, but normally works fine. When at home, I get an odd interference-ish sound as I turn up the verb. I don't recall hearing it at a gig, but of course things are louder and the space is more occupied. I am thinking there is something polluting the home current, but don't know how to trouble shoot. It is not 60 cycle / ground hum. It sounds more like the good old days of modem squawk. Any thoughts or experience..?

In my former home, I had my U-verse modem and a cell phone booster in the same room as my amps. I almost always had noises coming from the amps......some more than others.
Try moving your Maz to another room.

Another room or even another outlet. My home office/music space has one outlet that does something similar, but not the other outlets in the room. If you find it better in another room or outlet you might want to get one of the Furman power strips. That knock my noise issue out with the outlet in question. If it is related to frequencies that are flying around that room or amplified in that space due to other reasons it might not do much. I think I found one for like $35, so a cheap solution to try.
