I got a new pedal today. Normally it's just another (no big deal) overdrive pedal but I have to say that this pedal is something different and actually good.
Have any of you guys had the chance to try one? How are you finding it?

The demos I've seen are intriguing. I'm a big fan of That Pedal Show, which is decidedly non-commercial in its episodes. They liked it, which is a good recommendation in my book.
What are the pros and cons so far in your opinion?

I'd say that you need a midi controller to get the most out of it. (Presets) There is a slight delay when you turn it on, not a drop in sound or anything just a delay to engage. I'll be running it with a G3 atom so I don't think that will be an issue. Theres a good range of feel in the mood knob. From touch sensitive to quite compressed, It very tweakable which is a blessing and curse I suppose. It loves the my M12. I'm going to try a gig with just this for all my drives and see how I get on.

Update,,,,
I'm struggling with this pedal a bit to be honest. Dialing in sounds and saving them and then trying to remember which sound is where gets confusing without a screen. The pedal does have a sound/character of its own which is fine if you like it but there is something tonally that you can't dial out. Even though I didn't have my board all finished I decided to take the plunge and gig it.. In the mix of the band it sounded good but I'm so used to the sound of my nordland ocdr stacked with a red dirt Mini or a Hudson broadcast that I find myself falling back on those combos. It's the high gain sounds where I notice pedals character come through, there's something tiring to the ears about it, I'm not sure why that is or what's going on or how to dial it out.. any input on this front would be welcome... I think I need to do more work with it but at some point I may decide it's not for me, I am slow to love pedals though
