I am starting to hear a little amp noise in my Carman Ghia that I never heard before, is this normal?

What type of noise? Is it coming from the amp or through the amp?
When at home, I'm either playing my Ghia through an IsoCab stuffed in a closet in my basement or through my UA Ox Speaker Emulator. So, my room is very quiet. I can hear a hum from the amp. I sometimes wonder if I need to tighten down the transformer or if it's normal. I can actually hear my guitar's tone emanating from the amp quietly.

You could be close to having an event where a power tube goes out. Sometimes they take out a fuse It could be a pre amp tube as well, but most likely one of the power tubes.

Time for new tubes. I'd start with a new set of power tubes.

How long have you been playing the current tubes, and did you buy the amp new? The answers will also help identify if this is likely a tube issue, particularly a power tube — could just be time new tubes.
