I have a Cure and had a Nova for a while and found that they both can do a tweed Fender like sound, there was very little overlap. It was like having a small tweed amp like a Deluxe and a large tweed amp like a Super. They both had organic gritty tones, but in different ways. I haven't played a Z-Lux so i can't comment on that.

Maz 38 and ZLux are very different than your Cure. The Nova has the most overlap with the Cure.

Maz 38 and ZLux are very different than your Cure. The Nova has the most overlap with the Cure. I don’t own a Nova, but from what I know both it and the Cure are more tweed based while the Lux is more Blackface. I have both the head and combo versions of the Lux and can say they are very different from the Cure.

I’ll offer a different take. I think the Cure is closer to the Lux. I have both. The Cure has more gain than the Lux, but the Lux has more features like reverb and tremolo.
I like to set both to just starting to break up. They are very similar with this set up.
With all of that said, the Lux is superior, but I gig with my Cure because of weight and portability. It can get really loud and I’ve had mine in some big places unmiced.
If I was younger, the Lux would be the gigging amp.

The Cure and Nova share Triad output transformers. Which gives them the Tweed land vibe the others do not. I’ve owned all mentioned and they are all great in their own right.
