Ox users - You might be aware that the Ox app is now available for Windows 10 & Mac. I was not until I was doing a quick search to find an iPhone version which is not available. If you're not aware and want to download, here is the link: www.uaudio.com/ox/appI'm glad they released the computer versions since it was a pain while recording on the PC and then having to go get the iPad if I wanted to adjust anything on my presets. One thing I learned is that it looks a little different on the PC where the volumes are knobs rather than sliders. I thought I wasn't seeing the full screen until I realized I was.

Thanks GuitarZ! The update has been out for about a year. I prefer the interface on Mac devices. The Windows version "feels" lacking after using an IPad for so long. V1.2 was a nice upgrade. I LOVE these things. Although I have yet to unbox them, I purchased a pair of Fryette Power Stations to output the OX live. I've never enjoyed live guitar so much!

Or, maybe a year late. At least my firmware is up to date. Maybe because I have an iPad mini, the Windows 10 app seems easier to manipulate with a mouse. Live is interesting. I only have about an annual gig. Last time I went straight to the PA and into the monitors. The guitar sounded great, but my wife said my level was low. I think for smaller gigs, it's easier to have a stage volume with speakers to adjust. The other players all had small amps. I was wondering what it would be like if I use my 1x12 Tone Tubby on stage with the Ox 4x12 Greenbacks into the PA. Are you going to have the Fryette go into one of the flat EQ speaker cabs or whatever they call them?

'Tis an awesome PSA. Thank you for taking the time. I have some form of IPad (I don't know much about them so I cannot tell you which model) It sits on a music stand beside the amp. I use a stylus to alter settings. It's so darn easy! I don't own a microsquat with a touchpad screen and there's no room for a mouse nearby in the livingroom.
I haven't gigged in the past decade. I do host gatherings of players here so I wanted to be able to play outside. There are times when it's just fun to let the neighbors in on the sound.
Honestly, I've never considered that. I tried a POS PA last fall and it didn't sound good. Nowhere near as good as the amp by itself. I'm hoping it will sound good through a pair of 4x12s. If not, it'll be time for monitors of some sort. I'm wide open to suggestions.
