Everything looks fine. All tubes are lit. I sent this to Dr about 3 yrs ago. Little play time since. At my wits end. I’ve had this thing since new in 06.

Did you check out Doc's troubleshooting video? Also, if the amp sits unused a lot, you might try plugging a guitar cable from the effects loop in to the loop out jacks. The leaf switch sometimes gets oxidized.

Yeah fuses are good. V3 is only tube not lit. Could that be it?

If V3 isn't lit, I'd turn off the amp and unseat/reseat it maybe a few times to see what happens. I'd jack in/out the various jacks including the effects loop as suggested above. I'd probably then turn it off and then simply unseat/reseat each of the tubes on the off chance it's a dirty tube socket or something isn't seated correctly. After that I'd start swapping tubes with the one not lit and then going from the power and rectifier to preamps.
My main goal would be to try to get some sound. So, I wouldn't go tube by tube. I'd swap out the power and rectifier and then do the preamps. If I'd get sound, then I'd go back and try to isolate what was actually bad.
All of the above can be done without removing the chassis and can probably be knocked out in a half hour or so.
I should probably watch Doc's video. I've been messing with amps for a long time. But, my Marshall almost did me in when it went silent. Good Luck!

Do you get any noise? White noise from the speaker? Check speaker connections both at amp and speaker tabs

I'd swap V3 with a known good tube. Could be an issue with heater(filaments) in that tube or socket. Or could swap it with a different preamp tube in the amp currently and see if the tube in V3 lights up after that. Helps to see if the problem follows the tube or sticks with that sockets.
Also probably worth trying a different speaker cable if you haven't already.
