My 3 monkeys amp has white grill cloth. I have 1 dark mark on it (I don’t know what it is) about 3/4” long that I can’t get out to save my life. Anybody have any solutions?

Oxy Stain Remover?
Without seeing it I'd think you'd want to remove the speaker and baffle. Keep in mind if you wash one spot, you might have to do the entire thing. This is why I don't dare wipe a wall in my house.

When I have issues getting a mark off of something, I can hear my wife saying "Try the Magic Eraser". And, that thing does typically work. That was the first thought I had if you've tried multiple other things. Before posting, I was wondering whether it works on fabric since I typically use it on walls and stuff, and I found this article: www.hunker.com/12597289/how-to-clean-a-cream-couch-with-a-magic-eraserYou might want to do a little more research with Magic Eraser and fabric, but it's worth the suggestion. I'm kind of anti-white for fabrics. My wife always wanted me to wear white shorts when we were younger. I developed a standard response that if I do wear them, as soon as I sit down, they'll be dirty, or I'll drip something on them, etc. Good Luck!

My late wife Sue left me her thriving Shaklee distribution business. Shaklee sells a cleaner called Basic H that is organic and very effective at removing stains, and you can dilute it from very very strong down to window cleaner strength. I've used it on carpet and it works wonders.
