Maybe just send him this:
The Federal criminal laws that prohibit any person from trafficking in counterfeit goods and services apply not only to the counterfeiter—the law applies with equal force to any individual or company that knowingly resells a counterfeit product. (18 U.S.C. 2320). This law, known as the Trademark Counterfeiting Act of 1984, carries substantial monetary fines (up to $5 million) and prison time (up to 20 years imprisonment or in some cases life) for individuals and companies who violate the Act.

I have to give credit where credit is due. In pictures it looks pretty nice. (At least his string spacing is even and the 2 E strings aren’t running along the edge of the fretboard. that’s more than Fender does on their USA guitars most of the time)

It's one thing where they spell Gibson different, or have clear signs it's a fake. They used to be all wonky looking like they didn't have the proportions just right. They are definitely getting close, if not there now. The headstock looks a little long and body slightly off, but it could just be the angle of the pictures.
The latest craze of fake serial number and made in usa markings are frightening. So far I haven't seen any bieng falsely advertised. I do wonder how obvious they would be to spot in person. There are always a few small giveaways, like the slotted bridge posts in this case. But how hard would it be to use correct ones?
Gotta be careful especially on line. The best thing to do is not support the fakes and buy them. And give the people that do buy them a hard time, because they are the reason they are out there! It's the people that buy them that are creating the problem.

There was probably legal infringement but no real intent to defraud. But stuff like this is a whole other deal.
