Fuses look good. Possibly rectifier? it could be. But I would buzz out the fuse with a meter, or just swap the fuse with a known good one. If no indicator light , and the tubes aren't glowing it's your fuse or I have seen the power cord not seated right and no power. Or maybe your wall outlet has no juice , check breaker. Z

I replaced fuses and rectifier, light came on but still no sound at all Well if its FUSES then it is older MAZ. What is the serial #. If the tubes are glowing try the troubleshooting tests from my website. Could be a bad preamp tube or even a blown speaker. So the fuse was bad as swapping it brought the light back on. Looks like it may need a trip to repair shop. Z
