This cool little rhythm progression came to me today when I was playing. Had to record it while I still had it in my head, just so I didn't forget. Thought I would share. This is just through my Cure. I used the Analogman Astrotone and the Strymon Flint for a touch of reverb.

That's a nice tone. I like the bridge pickup sound. On my Les Paul, I'm typically using both pickups for rhythm and neck for leads. I think the bridge has a little more 'Rock & Roll' in it. It's nice when you have a cool little chord progression. Sounds good.

That pedal is technically a fuzz but it straddles the line of Fuzz/Overdrive/Distortion. I love the girth that it has in the tone. That being said it can go from pretty rude sounding to cleaning up well. Also it sounds well at just about any point on the Fuzz(Gain) knob. Definitely become a staple pedal on my pedalboard.
