I've got a brand new Heritage H-535 on its way! I can't wait to try it though my Cure. ETA is Monday!

Of course, you will post pics when it gets there. What finish did you get?

You’ll love that combination! Congrats!!! It looks like you're a semi-hollow fan. I already have a Gibson ES-335 and a 1959 Gibson ES-225TD (fully hollow thinline)

Hollowbodies play nice with Zs - here's a couple of mine including 335s, a Gretsch 6119 and an H155 Millennium Heritage

My Guild Blues 90 is a chambered semi-hollow guitar. It's about an inch wider than a Les Paul. This old Danelectro is hollow as well. It's a surprisingly awesome guitar!

The Cure seems to be well-suited to guitars with humbucking pickups and is the amp I take to jobs when I use either my Guild Bluesbird, Gibson CS336 or Heritage Golden Eagle.
Heritage makes excellent guitars; I’ve played my GE for jazz jobs since 1998. It’s a 1994 model I got at Gruhn’s in Nashville.

I received the guitar this afternoon. The case was really hot from the truck (it was in the mid 90s here today) so I let it sit for a couple of hours before opening the case. The guitar sounds and plays great. I've only played it with my Cure and Princeton Reverb clone so far but really like it!

It's a great guitar! Awesome with all my amps. Good enough that I sold my ES-335 tonight! It was a gorgeous guitar with an awesome neck, but didn't have the tone that I was after.
Unfortunately, I've had limited time playing it plugged in- the day after I received it, we lost power for 23 hours due to Isaias.

Did you have to make any adjustments to yours? Mine was just about perfect right out of the box. And I know what you mean about the 335, I'm considering selling mine now too. I almost always reach for the Heritage now.

The neck had a bit too much relief and the bridge pickup was too low. The truss rod just needed to tightened a quarter turn and the guitar played great. The bridge pickup didn't sound great or balance well with the neck pickup set as low as it was. It's great after a quick adjustment.
