Ive been running my zverb in front of my maz 18nr and it sounds great. The only issue I have is that when I use a boost pedal for a solo the reverb become way too intense.
I don’t believe my Maz has a buffered fox loop. I’ve been reading here on the forum that I need to have a buffered pedal I the loop for it to sound it’s best. Is the z. Verb considered buffered?
Any suggestions appreciated
Thanks!

I don’t think the ZVerb needs a buffer. The tubes seem to act differently than a pedal might. Just my experience anyway.....made the Verb feel IN the amp, and also softened the attack a tad, which has been my feeling with Verb vs non Verb amps.
