Walter Trout- what a force of nature!
Love all his stuff and seeing him live is scary. What Z amp do you think would fit with him? He's only one of two cats that make a MK5 Mesa work with blues the other cat being John Wedemeyer (although I think he's using Sebago now.) Lets get him a Z!!!!

Walter is playing on the Bonamassa Blues Cruise week after next - I'll let you know what Z would reproduce his sounds best when I get back.

Here's one of Walter taken during our cruise (not by me)! If you look closely you can see Pam and I sitting on the upper deck to Walter's left. She's wearing my M ball cap.
What amp would Walter play? - maybe a Maz GT?

Thanks Jaguarguy for the link.
I went down the utube rabbithole from that cruise.
What a great lineup! Had a question since you were there- it looked quite windy at times how did that affect the sound onboard? Cheers!

Had a question since you were there- it looked quite windy at times how did that affect the sound onboard? Cheers! It wasn't really an issue - just added to the ambiance. We sat to the side for most of the shows that were on the pool deck - heard the actual amps rather than the PA - sounded great! Most of the shows were actually indoors - there were 7 venues with only two of them being outdoors.
