I already have a Z-Lux, A Maz 18NR, A Blackface Super Reissue, A Blackface Princeton Reissue, and a Boss Katana 100watt combo. Other than an empty wallet, is there anything that the Z-Plus can give me that I don't already have? I love all my amps and wish I could use them more, but I usually end up using the Princeton mainly because its easy to transport to rehearsals and a lot of the gigs I play are restaurants, small private parties and indoor venues. I usually take the Maz or the Z-lux when I play outdoors or VFW/American Legion type gigs. The Super stays home for obvious reasons. I usually run my amps clean and get my dirt from my pedalboard. I play Country and classic rock and play mostly Teles. I can't seem to get the Blonde with oxblood grill cloth Z-plus out of my mind. Sometimes I will just pull up the picture, enlarge it and just stare at it.....yep, I got an amp crush and need some sound advice. I really don't want to sell any of my other amps and if the Z-Plus won't cover new ground , then I will just be duplicating what I already have.

This is my dilemma as well - except substitute therapy, z28, reverend goblin and marshall dsl201 for your amps. Anxious to see the responses.

This is me pouring fuel on your gas fire: I don't think any of the amps you own do the same thing as the Z Plus. I think it sounds like the ideal thing for your situation. The only reason I don't have one is because I run my Z-Lux on 40 watts 95% of the time in a loud band. I don't think the Z-Plus would stay loud AND clean. That is my only hesitation. Well, that and I am paying for my daughters wedding this month, which makes me a cashless kind of guy!
