I haven't fired up the Remedy in quite a while here. My daughter was seeking video evidence that I used to play the guitar, so I sent her to a clip on YouTube in which I am just riffing with the Remedy, fairly clean. DANG, I forgot how great that amplifier sounds. Just sustains and vocal sounding tones. Sure do miss playing these days.

I think you have AMPle evidence Steve. Are you using the Airbrake? What settings are you using? Sounds glorious - and that's through my mediocre speakers! Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, Airbrake was in and set four clicks down. I don't recall but I would bet that I had it set on full power. Speaker is my Celestion Alnico Gold (open back). Controls on the front are as follows: Bass: 0 Middle: Dimed Treble: 10 o'clock High: 1 o'clock Normal: 3 o'clock I'm sure you're going "Wait! What?"

Great clip, Steve! Post more! Thanks. I keep coming back to this clip because I'm trying to get my Kemper to capture that tone. So far, no dice. The Kemper's algorithms seem to assume every guitar player is going to be running his guitar wide open, which I was not doing in this clip. I had the amp more or less wide open, but the guitar turned down quite a long way. When you run a profile the Kemper detects some distortion and says to itself, "Gee, we better run a really hot signal into the front end, to get all that lovely distortion!" Of course this ruins the effort entirely. Kemper's a cool toy and fun to experiment with, but so far it can't make this sound. At. All.
