I'm almost sick of listening to sound clips of speakers on YouTube, but it seems like the M12 would sound great with a C-Blue after listening to several clips. The Blue sounds woody, chimey, and shimmering. Maybe just the ticket for Country, Country Rock, Classic Rock, and Blues. Any M12 Blue owners out there agree?

KeithA...I get your point but that's still a clip. Need some personal testimonies. You, your M12, your Blue, and your opinion.

I hear you, but when I read your post I get the impression that haven't heard a video clip with the Blue as well. So, this should get the ball rolling until someone chimes in with personal testimonials

I bought a used M12 head this summer and found a deal on a Avatar 1x12 Vintage (open back) cab that had a hellatone G12H30 in it. I had an old broken-in Blue sitting around so I swapped it. I actually liked the G12H30 a little better, but both were lacking to me. The blue made the amp sound smaller and more midrangey, especially with more dirt running in front of the amp. Almost muddy compared to the G12H30, which I also wasn't satisfied with. In the end, the killer speaker to my ear was the Scumback M75 65 watt. I've had it in there for 4 months and have been really happy. Much fuller sounding and really clear. All subjective of course. YMMV EDIT: corrected to say 65 watt version, not 30 watt (which doesn't exist, btw)

yes, the M12 sounds fantastic with a blue! Ultimately it comes down to the style/s of music you want to play. if you are a worship player then the blue is likely your number one choice.
If you are more of a straight up rocker, then the greenback is hard to beat.
If volume is a concern even with a 12 watt amp then you may want to give a creamback a try.
And if you are an all around little of this, little of that kind of guy, then a gold may do the trick.
bottome line is that any of the aforementioned speakers will sound great. I have personally tried them all and my two fav's were the creamback and the blue...
