Has anyone removed the Tube holders from their Therapy?I have a persisitant rattle that I believe is them, the tubes are vertical facing up,and my amp doesn't travel,so I am considering removing them.I almost always play loud, and no amount of adjustment will keep them quiet.I have removed the amp from the speaker cab, still rattleing. It's not a big deal,i can't usually hear it,but I would like to stop it.

I usually take the holders off...been doing it for decades on my old fenders. Not really sure if it makes any difference but sometimes I think so...sometimes not. Mine are off...plus I like full visual on lit tubes...I like how it looks so that makes it sound better..

I usually stretch the tension spring a bit to make the covers hold a little tighter. It won't hurt to remove them, but I usually leave them on. It does help shield the tube from RF and other interference.
