The Feds are going raise interest rates again.
Something about consumer confidence, they called it the Frank Factor.

They'll do a 12" radius, too. I wonder if I could talk them into setting that neck for me and blasting the whole thing Shoreline Gold?!?!?! Do you have a dealer nearby? I had a couple questions about other options they didn't mention, and my dealer was able to phone in my questions. They can be somewhat flexible. They regularly update their Instagram page with custom builds they ship out, and detail the options. Here's a link: www.instagram.com/glguitars/?hl=enAlso note: The price on the generator tool is MSRP, not the "final price," I think...

I would love to find this somewhere... This might get you close. I found this USA in a pawn shop. Gave $450 for it. 9" radius. Covers a lot of ground. ASAT. Special. Perhaps try one of these. These pickups can twang, but they can also bark pretty good, delivering some serious crunch.

They have quite a few listed in San Diego County, but none I've been to actually carry anything aside from the tribute models. But on second look of their website, a G&L bass dealer here is now a Premier G&L Dealer. I may have to pay them a visit next week.

As a primarily tele style player, I've been through a ton of them. Danocasters and Crooks are the best I've owned/ played. My current Crook is otherworldly- so much so, I've no desire to play any other tele style guitars. It is, hands down, the best guitar I've ever owned. Granted, it was custom built to my needs/ specifications, and it took 7 months to get it. It was totally worth it.

I got Tele fever after being around here a year or so. (Thanks Mark N!!) All this talk about Tele's & Z's. I found a '04 '52 RI in the BST and pulled the trigger. I loved it, but being the tinkerer I am....the only thing on it that's Fender is the neck & tuners. Sounds better than ever and one of my favorite guitars. So gorgeous!!!!

Well, I had the chance to play one of the new American Elites this weekend and I think I'm going to be pulling the trigger on one of those. I've always been a big fan of the Deluxes, and the new appointments of the Elites are going to push me off the fence.
Going to see the Wildwood folks when I'm in Colorado Wednesday. Hopefully, I'll be heading back to San Diego the end of the week with a brand new Telecaster to break in my Therapy...

Maybe one day it will look as broken in as your 2 sweet ones! This is truly one of my best guitars. My Tele thirst is quenched.

I have a Buck Owens MIJ tele. I didn't bond well with it for the longest time. Some of it was that it had a traditional bridge, so it wouldn't intonate. I finally got compensated saddles and did a little work on the action, changed the strings and it sounded very good. Then I got the Z-Wreck and I really started thinking of it as a guitar and not just a museum piece. I never really believed how versatile the teles could be, but they are.
For gigging, I would probably lean in the Suhr or Anderson direction. I have played several of each that were amazing and none that weren't.
FYI: I'll always be a Rickenbacker guy, but it has been great to find out how good some other traditional favorites of other guitarists can be.
