Of course just when I got completely happy with my rig our beloved doctor Z has to finally come out with a pedal
I have 2 V1 OCDs. One one my board and another as a sole backup for the board ( I could survive with just the one)
anyone compared?

I have not had an OCD for 3 yrs. That said, the mid control on the Z-Drive is the cool thing. You need to a/b them and then keep one ocd. It is the best selling od.
The Z-Drive is a very versatile od. OCD is a great od too! Both if you have the room. My od setup is; mini Beano>Z-Drive>Xotic SL Drive>Z-Lux.

I had an OCD for a little while. I found that the tone of the pedal changed slightly when engaging/disengaging time based effects after it in the signal chain. I also thought the OCD was a little scooped in the mids, where as Jammer stated, is where the Z Drive makes its money.

Yup, I have the mid on the Z-Drive most of the way up (cranked). Part of its magic.

Heck, I have two Z-Drives, one for each board..but I'm down to one PedalTrair Jr. now. I guess it's back up. It's built well like a
brick )$&@ house. I may put unused one on BS&T.
