Hey guys,
I'm interested in a Maz 18 Jr. 1x12 combo w/reverb and I'm wondering if anyone can give any comments/opinions on the tonal differences between a 1x12 combo with the standard G12h30 vs. a Celestion Blue?
I've always liked the tone of the Blue speaker in some of the other amps I've owned...so I'm considering the upgrade in the Jr., but I'm not sure how the Blue would perform in a 1x12 Maz Jr. combo? Has anyone tried a 1x12 Jr. with a Blue only to find they preferred the standard G12H30 instead?
Any comments or opinions/advantages, disadvantages would be greatly appreciated!

fireball, The Blue does sound excellent in a MAZ 18. The Blue has a nice bit of paperiness to the mids and a very woody crunch up top. The G12H30 is a bit cleaner and the break up is a tad more aggressive. I like the amp through either speaker, but the Blue would be my first choice.
