Local Sunday night jam. Haven't played it in a year. No rehearsing. Mostly long improvisations on a tune or just a groove. Here's one we covered.

Went back for more fun a few weeks ago and brought my bassist buddy with to sit in. he and i are putting a new band together. missing the first couple of verses on the video...
and just for fun, the guy playing pedal steel with me here on a sunday night to half-empty room is the same guy playing in this video to a full room with some famous people... Dan Tyack... fantastic human being and steel player.

I Know You Rider......Beautiful job of giving the lead notes some space and allowing them to breathe. A practice rarely heard any more......Very nice, Brother!!!!

A practice rarely heard any more......Very nice, Brother!!!! thank you, brother Lee. i loved the way the keyboardist fills in the space. he's a very talented Texas boy who did some time on the road with LeAnn Rimes before finding his way to the same stage as me. (What a fall from grace.. lol)
