#18 arrived today. Too many possibilities, too little time! I am actually liking the level knobs next to each other more then I thought I would.

Me too. A quick glance shows where the balance of the 2 channels are.

Stacks really nice with my Timmy. Sustain for days!! Each pedal sounds great on it's own and together they go to the next level.

I am still learning the Z-Drive, so for today it was just Z-Drive into the Timmy to the amp. Z-Drive level and gain was set to noon on the green channel and on the red the drive was set to 2 and the level was set to 10. The Timmy was set gain a little below 9 the volume was set to noon.

Just got my Z-Drive...WOW! Put on my board and then tried it! The green side is my fave' so far. Transparent is one word, and very 3D sounding. Not boxy.
This box is all its cracked up to be. Nice job doc! it definitely kicked a couple pedals off my board!

I've had mine since Z-Fest and I'm still learning it. The variety of tones in this drive is incredible. The active tone controls pre-distortion are so effective and useful. It's funny too, I liked the green side way better in the beginning but this afternoon I played the red side for quite a bit and it's amazing. I don't know how you do it, Doc... Oh, and in one of my first comments about the Z-Drive, I said that if I could change something I'd rearrange the volume and drive controls to be the same on both sides. But now I really get it, it's very easy to take a quick look and see exactly where your volumes are set for either channel.
