www.guitartest.moonfruit.com/#/drzstangray/4524185294It's the clip at the bottom right called "Throttle Ray". I did some recording today for a studio CD my bands working on and the tone I was using reminded me of Brad Paisleys "Throttle Neck" from his new CD. Stangray on 2-ish BB Preamp: Gain 1/4 , Volume 1/3, Treb 1/2, Bass 3/4 Tele with Lindy Fralin Blues special. Delay added in Cakewalk. It's REALLY short.... Also, I used a different mic placment than usual. I had the mic about 5 inches from the grill pointed at the cone, so it wasn't as "bassy" or full as I like (or normally get).

Great tone and nice playing! It definitely doesn't sound as bassy as some of your other clips, but still sounds nice n' full. Love the 'Ray's tone!

That's a great clip! More more!
You should check out a Zendrive too, the waiting list is starting to shorten (took me 3 months.)The Zendrive into the 'Ray is instant Brad's-overdriven-tone-in-a-box., although the BB gets darn close. I still have my BB and plan to keep it, it has a special sound.
