I think I need a head switcher . I actually don't have a 112 cab, I'm usually a combo guy. So I've been just using it on top of various combo amps with various speaks. It sure likes the Cannabis Rex currently residing in the JAZ. What a "dual channel" amp this will be! This amp is really growing on me. I'm still very early in the learning stage with 'er. But but man do these settings sound great to me with the CRex and a LP. Jeez. It's a nice volume point for me. Pretty loud, but not absurd and it cleans up good. I almost made a big whoopsie thinking about selling the junior mint. I was thinking about ordering a 112 cab, and still might. But a head switcher to switch between the greasy Therapy goodness and the JAZ blackface trem-o-verb infused wonderland mightmight be all I need, as they both sound great with the same speaker... Hmmm.

Very cool setup there. Look at the Radial Engineering page - I have one of their head switchers and it works a trick. Very useful device for situations like yours (I played out with a similar setup for a number of years).

I'm not very particular on colors of amps, usually just go with black or something basic. Never thought I'd own a mint green amp ha ha. But it looks cool in person, and more importantly sounds great. Might even push my luck and order a ( gasp ) non color matching cab!

Surf Green cab with black out cloth might look really cool. I am pretty sure you can order it that way thru Humbucker Music - They do Red and Black so why not Surf Green with Black cloth? Just a suggestion

^^ Hmmm. They have it w/ ZW cloth. Looks pretty nice. Thanks for the heads up. This amp is really blowing me away. My tools are a LP and a 335 and it really tickles em both. This amp falls between maple syrup and maple candy. She be thick ( or "thicke" if your Canadian ).

...man do these settings sound great to me with the CRex and a LP. Yeah, man.. out of the few speakers I tried with the Therapy, I really liked the Tone Tubby ceramic the best (1×12 open-back cab). Something about the hemp cone just works well with a powerful 6L6 amp.

Yeah, I'm still digging the C-rex. Haven't tried anything else since. I'll stick with it, maybe try a Tone Tubby some day if they are similar, but right now... I'm GOOD.

Nice pairing, Nick. Really nice. (As you know, I love the JAZ.)
Your Therapy settings in the pic are almost identical to where I ended up yesterday, although I did pull the master down quite a bit. Less air moving, but still wonderful tone.

Yeah, there are lots of places the M and V sound nice to me. I like the Master around 3:00 and V at 9:00 as well. Real nice "clean" tone with buckers and plays well with little 9v boxes set up like that. Or just crank up the amp and skip the pedals. Lots of options. I wish it had an effects loop cuz I like delay, and like most guys I like delay after dirt. So running delay, or verb in front at volume isn't the best if I'm getting the dirt from the amp. But still exploring.

I have the same experience with delays, which is why I'm more often than not using OD pedals at gigs with the amps set toward their clean zones.

Well... I went the cab route instead of a head switcher. This amp is really becoming my favorite. My CRex is fully broken in now, and I'm super pleased with everything about this amp now. Its a keeper. I'm surprised how well it takes pedals when set loud and clean, well.... " clean" .
