I was recently reading the current issue of guitar player magazine, as I got to the back I noticed a DR Z ad, in Full color with all the amps in production even the new Therapy, but "NO SRZ"!!!! WTF? Is there something us SRZ Lovers are not aware of? Surely to goodness one the most earliest Proven circuits and Tone maker is not on the Chopping block? If so, Maybe Us HIGH GAIN Tone lovers are in store for a New GAINIER EL34 BEAST Is in the works? I would love to see a new design with a master Volume maybe even with 2 CH I always thought if I could get the Chime/Grind of a RAY, or even the cleans from an Antidote, coupled with the searing sustain from the SRZ it would be an amp of dreams!!! Anyone else out there noticed this or wanting a new Beast in the Z Family??

here's a little SRZ, I can't tell if it was the mic on the camera that didn't pick enough bass up, or whether my ears are shot and I had the treble up too high. Probably a little of both. Sounds OK fer a buncha old fellas.

Hey Bud, that's a pretty cool Albert Collins tone impersonation. The Ice Man ....... love me some AC.
