Have any of you guys seen these, or tried them out? I randomly saw them on Sweetwater's website. Looks pretty cool!
I'm particularly interested in the DM-2w. It's about time they reissued that sucker!

WOW...$149 for an SD-1? I paid $29 for mine.
Seems to me the big deal is they've added a switch for a 'different voice'. And that little switch seems to be really expensive.

The delay seems the best priced one to me.

Agreed that the DM-2w is the fairest price.
I suppose when you look at what the Keeley / Analogman prices are for the modded BD2 and SD1, then they don't seem too out of whack.
We'll see how they shake out!

No experience with the Waza craft. Got the OD-1x. Some sort OD digital model pedal. I also have the RT-20 and RE-20, rotary speaker and Space Echo digital modelled pedals. They work well for me. The OD-1X plays very organically and is touch and GV sensitive. Not a bad one to use when you can't crank it.

if they sound as good as the Keeley mods I would get the BD2.

I'm not quite understanding where the heck "Waza Craft" has come from... But I do know where Keeley and Analogman come from--in fact, there's a good chance I could reach either of them on the telephone on any given day (and I have).
Not sure why Boss would try to offer modded versions of their own stuff. Are they admitting that their pedals "could be a little better?" Just sell the stock pedals inexpensively, and let people hack 'em up and void the warranties on their own accord.

Its the DM-2 that excites me. That's not a pedal I could afford to get otherwise. I hope they continue re-releasing/reworking old models that are hard to come by (VB-2 Vibrato, CE-2 Chorus, SG-1 Slow Gear, etc.). Not sure the overdrive pedals will do anything, but I think there is a market for the older delay / modulation stuff.

Also, I guess I don't mind so much that they're offering the modded / custom option on the SD-1 and BD-2.
If nothing else, it shows me that they're listening to the market and are aware of what is wanted / being asked for.
I love BOSS and it excites me that they're listening.
I am patiently waiting for a DD-25 or DD-30 to replace my old DD-20. Who know when that'll happen, but I'll probably buy it on the spot. I've tried the fancier pedals, but I always come back to BOSS.

I'd like to try the DM2.
I've got a vintage one. At one point I also had an original Way Huge Aqua Puss. They were close enough in sound that I sold the AP when they started going for stupid money.
You might want to try one of the new Aqua Pusses also. If they're as close as the old ones I'd grab one used for $100 or so.

Anyone else hoping for a VB2, CE2, SG-2, etc. to follow this first run of reissues? I sure am.

^ Not sure about the VB-2 (I'm not a huge fan of vibrato pedals), but a reissue of the CE-2 and especially the SG-2 would be cool.

I agree that the repeats are Aqua-Puss like...very crisp for an analog delay :-) At $179, it's a fair deal considering what many analog delay pedals cost.
