Does anyone have experince w/ the Lib. through a maz18 ? I have a 2x12 combo which I already replaced one g12h-30 w/ an et65. Probably replace the other, the lib. clean sound sample on the wgs website sounds nice and full. I play humbucker guitars thru the low input. Any replies would be appreciated! Sorry to hear about Bluzman, seems he had a sense of humor in addition to all the wonderful things spoken of him.

I didn't try it with my maz but I liked the liberator better than the ET-65 because it was fuller with a little more mid content.

I'm having Pete Mather build me a maz18 studio combo cab(very reasonably priced, but don't be in a hurry), ordered an 8 ohm wgs liberator for it. I love what I hear in the clean sound sample on the wgs website.

I think it will sound good with the maz just from what I remember about the speaker.

The liberator has been delivered. I installed it in my 2x12 combo wired by itself. OMG, this speaker is the best ever. Lp through the low side. Vol 2, t 11, m 9, b max, master 10, cut 10, reverb 10. Fired up a new Timmy. Total eargasm! Right outta the box, the lib. sleighs. It's full, thick, responsive, touch sensitive, w/ a nice top end shimmer. So different from the flatter sound of the et65, which needed to be broken in to sound good, the lib. is what the cannabis rex wants to be. If your on the fence about the lib., trust me! Btw, I also have a retro30, completely different.
