Hey folks.
I finally snagged a "bucket list" amp for me...a new Z Wreck combo!
It's been nearly three years lusting after one...and it's proving to be well worth the wait. I'm actually a bit happy it took awhile to save up for this, as they came out with the combo during that time (and that incarnation works out better for my needs).
Now that I've used it in a band setting, I think I dig it even more than the times I demoed it in-store. I knew how dynamic and touch sensitive it was, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it handles pedals. I play a wide variety of venues, so it's nice to have tonal options (ie: running the amp hot and using the guitar's controls to clean up, or running the amp clean and using pedals for grit).
I think this could be a very long honeymoon phase.
Ciao Fo' Now.

The Zwreck is on my crush list as well. I've been honeymooning with my Ghia since the first night we spent together, I think we're going on 3 blissful years. I hope you many wonderful years ahead loving the tone you have while making music.
