My Maz 8 with a Blue with my thinline Tele with Barden's and a Snark tuner. No effects needed. As always YMMV.

Depends on the amp. My setup
Les Paul Deluxe Snark Tuner M12
I would take a drive pedal as the amp doesn't break up much itself. If I had an amp I could drive it would be a delay.

I'm into my 50's Tribute Les Paul w/ P90's > Ghia...I've always used the TU-2 for a tuner BUT I want a TC Electronic Polytune for the true bypass. For a single pedal I was gonna toss into the mix the Golden Cello since it is a delay and a drive pedal in one box. So if you need that solo tone or something botta bang you got it. The Ghia is pretty righteous sounding with P90's so I might take my Fuzz Factory. That or the Skreddy Screwdriver depending on the gig/style of music.
P90's are sweet because the bridge pickup is brighter so turning down the guitar volume can give nice softer single coil sounds and then that beautiful dirty full neck pickup. Yummy yummy in my tone tummy !!

Strat style guitar ( G&L legacy is my cup of tea) or three pickup type tele, TC polytune (though I want to try the sonic research strobe tuner) Timmy RT66- 2x10 convertible (Z-best is getting heavier as I get older)
In another hour I will change my mind and have another setup. The fickle nature of a Gemini, or so my wife tells me.

CS336-EP booster-Z28
Sure, I would be happy with any of my other guitars, too but the 336 and the '28 are like a muscle car tricked out for racing and the EP is the NOS to kick it up a notch.

After yesterday's trip to guitar center it would be a firebird, but I'd go with my custom shop tele jr w/p90s, z-28, any tuner, and a Timmy to push it to eleven.

Stratocaster or PRS DGT (depending on whether you are primarily a single-coil or HB guy). Both are versatile.
MAZ 18 NR. w/1x12" Celestion Gold. Reverb model would be OK also. I just prefer the other.
I'm going to cheat and say Line 6 M9 since it has a good tuner and a bunch of delays and reverbs. Some other effects you might find useful from time to time, all in one box.
Since the M9 overdrives are pretty crummy I'd have to have a Tim/Timmy or maybe my Rockett Animal. There are about a half dozen other good dirt pedals I could use here also. Xotic AC or BB. Rockett Chicken Soup. Kind of depends on what music you play. A pedal with two different types of OD would add some versatility here. Something like a BB+.
