www.trutonecustom.com/I actually have a 1x12 by them which is fine, but think I might be able to do better with a Z or a Ted Weber. (Ted Weber announced days after I ordered my cabinet from Trutone that he would begin building cabinets) I have a single 50 watt Weber Blue Dog speaker. Also, can I order a Z cabinet without a speaker?

I just ordered a 1x15 cab from WeberVST. It was $50 less but not as fancy. I also ordered a 15" alnico blue with a beam blocker. they'll send it all assembled. I'm thinking this will be great with my Ghia, any head really. I don't know if Z would sell a cab without a speaker but I think you'd just have to email the sales department to ask.

I've been using a a Trutone 1x15 with a 15' Weber with my Tremolux for the last couple of years and I love the tone.. By frank4001, shot with EX-Z70 at 2007-07-29

Nice cab.
I have the Purple Tolex with Wheat Grill. I picked the up charge for open or closed back and switch rather frequently.
What's the Weber in there? Something green and fenderish I would guess.
I've got the 50 watt Blue Dog in mine.

Brent at Dr Z says cabs won't be shipped without speaker. IT does not make sense for them to build a cab and lower the price just to leave out the speaker.

I have a 50 watt Weber F150 and porthole cut out. Sounds great with almost anything...What I really like is the volume. Not too loud but still has a good firm bottom end....and who doesn't love that?
