Okay, I was looking for a little more gain the other day at rehersal at church and playing around with my pedal board and some "extras" that brought along. I like the Surh "Shiba" drive alot, I tried a Surh "Riot" and even though I loved the Riot it was too much for what I was looking for. I tried my tone bypass and thought that was going to the be the answer until I reached over and hit the button on my Lizzard Leg Flying Dragon and BAM, that was what I was looking for. Fattened up the low end, I got a nice bit of compression and the notes just sung out of the amp. what are you guys using? Anyone else digging the Dragon? God bless, Todd

Don't have a Dragon but I'm using several pedals, alone and stacked. The Paisely Drive is good, Xotic AC Booster in front of an EP Booster is sweet. I'm also using an earlier Skreddy Screwdriver which is a sweet pedal with the Remedy.

I have a few that I use for various tunes but my go to is probably the Creation Audio Lbs MK 4.23 Clean Boost; it sends the Remedy (and just about any other amp) into the zone.
My Flynn Amps Rory Gallagher Hawk boost is a VERY close second; man that dude has a LOT of gain.

Anything that's not too spiky on top--jetter Jet Drive, DLS MkIII, Xotic SL, OCD V4. A bit of upper-mid scoop is also a good thing.

So far I've only used a Zen Drive and that seems to work pretty darn good... The bypass is somewhere in between the normal tone and the Zen which give me 3 workable lead tones.

OD = Xotic SL Boost = Xotic EP
It's like they were both created for DrZ amps and the Remedy in particular!

If you like the Dragon, give the Draconis a try; both boost and OD in one pedal. For a different color, I use a Keeley Time Machine Boost (Treble Booster side), and now I'm waiting for a Fulltone Secret Freq to arrive. Tons of tone!!
