Not me. Not yet, anyway. However, I recently read every post in the archives in this section and a bunch of others and there are lots topics about people doing so.

I loaded a couple of Z-Bests with Tone Tubby Alnico Hemp Cones and couldn't be happier. Very SMOOTH Cabinets....I also like the fact they are rated for 35~40 Watts each; which makes the Cabinet rated for approximately 75 Watts. Mark

I have P12Z's (Weber Silver Bells @ 30 watts each). It sounds great, very organic. I have heard my Mazerati through an open back w/ Vintage 30 and G12H30 and it sounded meaner to me...more rocking in a 70's way. The AlNiCo sounds a little looser and more compressed (sag). If I had it all to do over, I think a Weber Blue matched with a Weber Silver would be the AlNiCo equvilant to the V30/G12H30.
You should contact Weber and tell him what you want. He'll get back to you quick and knows his speakers.
