I just bought two matched quads (actually an octet) of JJ brand 6V6's. They now have about 8 hours burn-in time in my JAZ and seem to be OK. The quality on these seem to still be good or else I just got lucky.

As far as I know the JJ 6V6's quality is still good. They just sound more like 6L6's than normal 6V6's. Good sounding tubes....just extra stout. The JJ EL84's are the ones that are in question. Enjoy~
