Anyone else ditched their effects and experienced the freedom of just a cranked Route and a Les Paul with 50s wiring and PAF type pickups? Just when I didn't think I could love this amp more my eyes have been opened even wider!
It's weird because I feel I am more versatile and get more sounds now than when I was using lots of effects.

After a full fret job and 50's rewiring of a friends Les Paul copy I played it through my 66. Very impressive to say the least. The 50's wiring allows for a ton of flexability. He had worn the frets on that guitar near completely flat. I'd never seen so much wear before.
