The lollars sound terrific, but are pricey. Fralins are Fralins and are hum canceling. Dimarzios have great reviews, are hum canceling, and I have another guitar with the 36th anniversary PAF's and they are amazing!
What to do...
Any and all thoughts welcome.

I vote for Lollars all around. Imperial low-wind in the bridge.

I've heard great things about the Lollars and own Fralins (although they are not the split blade...They are FULL noise Blues specials LOL). I submitted the vote for the DiMarzio because I have a "similar" setup in a strat. I went with DiMarzio's Paul Gilbert set, which is a stock area 67 in the middle and a pair of beefed up areas at the neck and bridge. I am truly stoked by how cool these pickups are and they are super quiet. Scott

Can't cast a vote as what I will suggest is not listed for voting. Before you make a final decision, try to listen to Grosh 60s and Grosh Fat 60s. The Fat 60s have a bit more umph than the regular 60s. I have a Fat 60 as the middle pickup of my Bent Neck and love it. Don Grosh designed both of these pickups after listening to a fair number of circa '50s and '60s Statocasters.

I voted with DiMarzio because I know what those sound like.

I went with the Fralins split blades and a Fralins p92 in the bridge. Great tones and dead quiet..

Might be worth checking out Amalfitano. His company is not as famous as some of the one's mentioned, but he builds (one at a time, by hand) a fantastic product.
