I want to pick up a Telecaster. I already have a good strat and a les paul. I have looked at fenders, but I need some advice on some other options.
I would like to have a humbucker in the neck of whatever I get, if it doesn't come with one I will install one.
How is the G&L Bluesboy? Are they good guitars? Do they do the bridge pickup tele sound as well as a fender?
I also looked at the Crook Custom guitars site. How much are those guitars? anybody have one made before? do they have a lot of pickup options, and finish options?
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

If you can put together the parts yourself, or if you know a good luthier, you can order any Telecaster, almost any config youd'd care to mention, from Warmoth. www.warmoth.com/My Warmoth Telecaster Custom! Mahogany neck & body. Front tobacco burst finish. Back of neck trans brown satin finish, back of body trans brown clear finish. Peghead veneer & droptop high grade quilted maple. Fretboard ebony with stainless steel frets & Graphtec nut. Warmoth Pro compound neck 10-16" radius with Gotoh side adjuster. Seymour Duncan vintage stacks and grover tuners, black pearloid pickguard Cheers: Dixiechicken!
