Looking to mix things up on my Strat and Tele.
I want to put a Duncan lil single coil HB at the bridge. Anyone tried one? Good, bad, or indifferent?
I have a cheap P-90 in my tele at the neck, but was thinking for using a Duncan. Any advice?
Thanks.

I like the lil 59. A while back, I played a friend's Tele. He had a nice full-size 'bucker in the neck position and the lil 59 in the bridge. It just seemed to have the right mojo .... even though I was playing it thru a non-Z It was enough to get me thinking about swappin' out the stock pickups on my Tele .... guess the question for me is if I should route my guitar for the neck pickup. d'oh ;D oh yeah, as for a P-90 type in the neck? that would be a very cool option on a Tele. Me? I'd look at some of the Lollar pickups ..... kinda had my eye on the Charlie Christian style. play on ;D Joel

I just bid on a Lollar CC tele pickup on the 'Bay. I'm gonna pair it with a Lollar Special T bridge, which is being sold by the same guy.

hello...... i have a g & l asat with a jb jr mini hb in the neck and a lil 57? in the bridge. there is a pull pot on the tone knob and it makes it sound almost acoustic. It is one of my very favorite guitars.... I sold an asat special with lollar p 90s in it to a good friend because i liked the feel of this particular classic more.....in my legacy i have dmarzio vintage blues in the neck and middle and a hot rails in the bridge.. which is giving the jeff beck guitar a run for the sound..... maybe can send a pic if i can have some guidance to make it work? changing from jpg to ? and how?
