Hey All, Just wondering if anyone has used TonePros products? I have a TP nickle Nashville bridge on the way for my newly acquired '77 ES-335. I am also wondering about the TP "Kluson" tuners as well. Thanks! Rick

Rick, I put a Superbridge on my Les Paul a few months ago. This is where TonePros and Graph Tech teamed up. It is a TonePros bridge with Graph Tech String Saver Saddles. I really like it. The convenience factor is there when I change strings, and the String Saver saddles do add some extra sustain, in addition to saving my strings from breaking. Instead of buying the TonePros stop tailpiece, I found a shop that sells a locking stud system that is very similar, but only cost $12 plus shipping. www.guitarvalue.com/brtp.htmHaven't tried their tuners. Ray K.

I heard from a builder that the Tone Pros stuff comes from China? Seemed unlikely but that's what he said.

Matt Brewster recommended the tone pros, so I got the bridge and tail piece installed. Theres more sustain and a clearer tone. I think they say there is no tonal difference from stock but I do hear one. Really made my 335 more resonant.

Just installed the System 2 this morning. I had to drill out the headstock holes to 23/64 to install the bushings. That was the only bummer. Mini review: The guitar has increased sustain and IMO stays in tune much better! The Kluson tuners are slick. Here are the before and after pics... Very pleased with my upgrade. All in all cost me $125.00 and it was worth it. Paul Before... After...

I have used the tone pros locking bridge system in 3 of my guitars. Historic 335, Historic 58 Les Paul, and Colling City Limits. I ended up getting the lightweight aluminum bridge which gives all the guitars more spank and better tone especially on the low E and A. I highly recommend them... especially the aluminum bridge.
