The music pastor at my church Purchased a Parker P-44, and the Chinese Grovers are not too good. The guitar is great, but I'm not sure what I should suggest to him. So, what would you guys get?

Any of the REAL line of the big guys are nice: schaller, gotoh, Grover, etc. I like the Schallers myself, but the big button Grovers are nice, too.
Two of my guitars have Sperzels, which I like the convenience of, my the ratio on them is way too low for my preference.

The Planet Wave locking tuners have a string cutting feature. I used them on a Warmoth build and they are very nice.

Sperzels---both accurate, and really hold the tune. I've git them on my Heratage 535, and thet hold even better then my 1990 PRS, which is pretty good, too.

Got Planet Waves on a couple of my guitars and love 'em. The cutting feature is very convenient.

Real Grovers perhaps?

Ya know, I can't believe I hadn't thought of that. They would probably be the obvious choice to go right on.

When did Grover get bought? Any tips on how to identify some NOS versus the new MIK version?
