;D I played through a ghia when I was opening for somebody about 3 weeks ago. The guitar player was a friend of mine and said I could use his amp rather than crowding up the stage with two complete rigs. I had my own ghia about 10 days later. I haven't had a bad tone since. I have several really nice amps already, but I'm always tweaking the knobs to dial em in. It sometimes feels like I spend about as much time turning knobs as I do playing. You know, always looking for that "perfect tone" I have played three gigs with my new ghia in a variety of genres, and it's just perfect. Last weekend I played a show as a sideman for four different acts in a variety of styles and it worked PERFECTLY! I think I may have turned the tone knob once. (a little) I don't have the master on 1 trying to keep the sound man happy like with the Bogners. The ghia doesn't have a master and the soundman's already happy. Me too. Don't get me wrong, the Bogners are great amps, but the ghia is perfect for the clubs and gigs I play the most! It gets great tone at a reasonable volume and still has enough headroom to play clean at small club levels. And if I eat my wheaties and put my guitar in a gig bag, I can carry my whole rig in in one trip. Sounds great with my "so many pedals it's stupid" pedalboard too. It even looks great. (mine's red) Now I'm just trying to figure out which Z amps I'll replace the bogners with! :oZ rules! Thanks Doc!

Heck No! Whad - it's a contraction for What did. (Wow, I haven't used the word "contraction" since grade school!)
Is "Wad" something bad in Texan?
