Just put this little jewel on lay-a-away through Willcutt's and I can't wait! Question: Are there any speaker recommendations besides the stock G12H30?

I waited forever for a used one to pop up just haven't seen that many. So, I took the plunge.

Congrats on the amp.
I've got a 2x10, so no feel for what 12" options might do to alter the sound.
You're right about used JAZs not showing up too often. (I think one changed hands across some forum members within the last few months.) I don't think it was a big seller for Dr Z, but folks who have them seem pretty intent on keeping them, especially since they're no longer made.

Congratulations, being predominately a jazz player, the name controversy aside, i thought that i was going to purchase the Jaz, because of the clean, reverb and tremolo, in fact i think that it is probably the most feature laden amp of the Z's. it was recommended to me for my style. When I looked around, months later i was surprised that it had been discontinued. While i am ecstatic with the Maz 18 and extension speaker i was still considering, but was having a hard time justifying, the Jaz and Wilicutt was probably the only one with a new one and in Red, how cool. Looked at it a few more times, hesitated and you didn't. I am glad that you got it and i am sure it will be great amp, and you probably saved me. Enjoy it and i am interested in hearing your tone report. Merry Christmas.

Haha... Yea I know what you mean. I looked at it, looked some more, dreamed about, etc, etc.... You know what Z's do to you when you decide you want one! I'm sure it will be all that I've been wanting. The 'verb and trem are two of the reasons I wanted it as well.
Thanks, and Merry Christmas to you all as well!

Congratulations, you got it! I was wondering when someone would get this combo. The demos they did with this amp had a lot to do with my getting one. You're going to love it - cheers
