Parts strat(really good American parts) w/Fralin vintage hots. Remedy/Zbest w/greenbacks. PCNS cable... I was really suprised at the tone I got from this setup. Never really used the Remedy for cleans b/4. The settings were truly "weird". I never wud have thought to dial it in like this, but....it worked. Thx for lissnin'... soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=10528171

Bass ~ 11:00 Mid ~ 10:30 Treb ~ 9:00 High vol ~ 12:30 Low Vol ~ 3:00
Attenuated -12db
Weird (for me) But...in all fairness...this particular strat is a tad bright, and has a treble bleed kit on the volume knob.

Tony! Dammmmit Matt, we need a thumbs up emoticon. 'fes up now, you hired a real drummer, right? I can hear why the Marshall is collecting dust. I was skeptical, but my ears tell no lies. But please explain to me why the attenuation? Is that a ZBrake or some such? If it sounds this good now, how much sparkle are you stepping on with that 12dB?
