Hey all, I'm looking for opinions on patch cables for guitar effects pedals. Which do you prefer to use patch cables with Straight 1/4" connectors or Right Angle (90 degree) connectors? Todd

Right angle, without a doubt. That means I can fit more crap on my pedal board. Which means I can spend more time turning knobs and less time playing. But seriously "right angle"

Right George L's, you can keep pedals near each other, that's good in our crowdy pedalboards

Hey Todd:
I actually prefer right hand connectors, but sometimes they aren't "long enough" to fit into the Tele jack snugly and come out if any tension is introduced on the cable, so I end up plugging the straight plug into the Tele and the right angle onto the pedal / amp.
Ooops. Nevermind, I see that you're asking about effects pedals. Then it would be right angle.
Next time I'll read the dang post before inserting foot.

Definately right. Also for my guitar>pedal cable I have one end right and the other straight if I ever use a strat, but my Zion has it's jack on the side, not the face like a Fender.

I tried a left angle one once - my notes came out inverted.
