Okay, I have my pedal board all packed up and I am going to try some pedals through my monza for the first time. I'll be running my Full Drive II, Crusak Screamer fuzz, Line 6 M9 and my very killer Lizzard Leg Flying Dragon can't wait to hear what I hear! Todd

we usually get pretty side tracked so we'll see what actually happens. We started a new tune last time and I got the pad of paper out last night and started some lyrics, hopefully the amp and pedal will get played with! lol I love creating music with my buddies, my drummer has some new cymbals for tonight, we have a new studio monitoring system we are working out and I may be getting a new mic to go with my Z28 once it arrives. hoefully, I'll have something to report! okay, I got to rehersal early and was able to get my pedal board set up and running while my drummer replaced a kick drum head. Here is what I heard . . . . . . . . . . My Line 6 M9 performed very well, all the effects sounded good and it was very strange (in a good way) to hear my amp with reverb lol My boost pedal didn't seem to do much, I'll have to play around with that, nothing negative just didn't do what I thought it would OD pedals where a different story . . . . . . The Crusak Screamer fuzz was pretty cool, although the fuzz portion of the pedal didn't come through very well, the amp has lots of hair on it anyway so adding more with the fuzz didn't come through very much. I picked up a bit of sustain and some presence though. I was very pleased with how my Full drive sounded with the Monza though. I got a slight amount of bottem and the drive the amp was producing was a bit smoother, very pleasing. I switched from my Parker to a Sparrow Rat Rod Pro (a bit brighter guitar with lower output pickups) and I was very very pleased. That combination of the lower gain pickups with the Fulldrive II was what I used most of the night. I would play most of my rythm with the pedal off and would switch over to it for solo parts or if I wanted a little more gain for certain parts. It almost sounded like switching from a 1x12 to a 4x12 if that helps describe what I was hearing. I will probably enjoy the Screamer fuzz more if I a dial up a cleaner setting on my amp and then use that for contrast. I'll play with that next. Enjoyable experience over all though! Todd
