Mine is acting weird. Sometimes it sounds wonderful, as always. Sometimes, though, it sounds very weak and underpowered... Gets really warbly and not lush at all... Like something isn't right. Especially happens if I try to power it from the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2. Doesn't seem to happen as much if I use it's own power supply into it's own outlet... Anyone else experience anything like this? I mean, power source shouldn't matter as long as it's the right voltage and milliamps, right?

Maybe try a different output on the PP2. They are isolated outputs. you may have one going bad.

No, I've never had problems... I only hear different volume response depending on clean/distorted sound, but I think it's normal.

I power mine from a VL PP2 as well, and I can't say that I've noticed the problems you describe. The fact that you are having the problem when using a different power supply might indicate that the problem is internal to the C-Flange and not because of the supply. You are right - as long as the supply is of the correct voltage and sufficient current, it should be fine. Dr T. - There is a miniature potentiometer to correct volume issues arising when switching the C-Flange on and off. It's the little black button-looking knob between the 'Mix' and 'Delay Time' knobs. It's labeled 'Volume Adj'! ;D

But with OD and distorted sounds and the same settings, expecially with OCD, I notice that vol is lower...

I have one, and though it sounds great, I'm not as knocked out by it as I had hoped. It sound better clean to me, as it seems to get a little muffled sounding with the dirt pedals.
I currently run it in to the front of the amp. In the near future I will try it in the effects loop to see the difference.

I was running mine through the fx loop and wasn't knocked out by it really, it seemed kinda weird sounding and weak, then I got un-lazy and ran it into the front end of the amp after the OCD then, it seems to almost be that break up overdrive leslie tone I dig. The big churn special.

My problem is WITH OCD before ChFl... I turn on ChFl and adjust settings to have the same volume as clean sound. Then I turn on OCD too (vol tone and gain at noon or more) and my volume decreases... If I turn off ChFl keeping OCD on, vol returns at right level.

Hmmmmmm..That is weird.. Maybe the little amp inside the CF is not up to snuff?? I dunno....

OCD is the ONLY pedal that does that with CF: Could it be running it with 18 v?
