....does anybody else mostly use their Remedy clean? I mean - not pristine clean. But just prior to the verge of breakup? I have been running mine right there - it's still clean with barely a hint of hair on the in-between positions - and in full HB - it's hairy - but still relatively clean. I am running it full power, but with volumes around 9:00, EQ like this: / | \ and it sounds heavenly for clean tones! I am then seasoning with all manner of Boost/Od/Dist pedals and it's a just a glorious sound. I am really starting to dig in and gel with this amp more and more. It's really very complex, despite the simple knob layout. Anyways, curious how others are using their Rems - so let me know - watcha' doin' with yours??

straight in - no effects - similar settings to what you posted - with either 112, 210 or Zbest pedals work nice - such as Flying Dragon, Draconis and BB Pre - but sometimes the neighbours (and family) don't always appreciate my rock'n'roll stylings .... ;D it does clean - much different than I am used to, but I like it - try an ES335/339/etc and hit a few of them 9ths and 7ths; majors; etc ..... yum! cheers always, eh Joel

Yep, I've posted about that here before I use mine clean all the time. I absolutely love the amp with a Z-Best with a Strat. (Hence my avatar pic ) The only effect I use is a little delay. Keith

Yep, that's where that amp really shines. I run my volumes higher, but I'm on half power..

Yes, I've started to run the Rem as a clean platform and use pedals. Volume knobs around 10 o'clock, Full power, Brake lite. Roll guitar volume up/down for more/less hair, but still in the clean zone. Back down guitar volume and use OD and distortion at the same output level as the clean sound. Works great for the range of music we play.

well after a lot of playing the remedy since i finally have a house now i have also come to the realization that my favorite remedy setting is exactly what you guys are describing. i like to set up clean with a little hair on it. Full power high volume around 9:30 low around 8:30, bass 11, mid 11, treble 1. Gets that perfect marshally clean to my ear similar to the clean crunch channel on my old marshall but much fuller. The rem gets great overdrive tones but man i'm a sucker for running an amp with a cleanish platform to build on

Well...I'm like the rest of you guys... I'm running mine with the exception of the tone controls. \ | / for me and my 1-12 Gold. I run the high volume on about 10:30 and normal about 10-9:30 with the Air Brake to adjust the volume. My aNaLoG.MaN Beano Boost sounds super cool with the Remedy on the edge of break-up then kick in the Beano for juicy, creamy, liquid sustain....and/or the ZenDrive sounds awesome as well....the Zen for a more overdrive with the beano on top of that is super singing lead screamer setting.... Like you Greg...I'm loving this amp more and more. I have my first gig with it tomorrow and Sunday....can't wait to hear this thing outside.

Yea Mark, the Beano into an OD = a Allman Bros ''Live at the Fillmore'' honk. my favorite tone PERIOD !!!! I've been doing that for almost two years except I'm using a Java not Beano. Same chip. Same settings for me except MiD almost maxed. Clean w/ a bit of hair & boost and OD's for over-the-top and solos. What an amp.

I set mine about the same - volumes about 10:00. I can get some crunch from my guitar volume, but I usually rely on a FatBoost 2 and an AC+.
