I can't help but do this. So don't waste your time reading it.
Just finished spending about 2 hours with a beautiful being, my Remedy Z through 2-12 silver celestions of old. Now I will go on and on about it. Have had this amp for a month now and I still can't get over how toney it is. Have it set on about 1 pm on the high and 2pm on the normal volumes, tones on about noon, and it simply kills at any setting of my Tele's volume knob and on any pickup setting. The front pickup kills, especially with the guitar volume turned down low and play some blues/Get Back/Come Together/more blues - have never heard such a good tone except maybe on Jimmy Vaughn's Strange Pleasure album. I can't seem to put the guitar down cause the tone is so stunning, it even makes me sound good (in my own mind, only). Switch to both pickups and the most beautiful sparkly glassy tone emits and emotes me into playing Dylan/Clapton/Ry Cooder/Little Village/little Feat. Flip 'er onto the back pickup and roll that tone knob back and out comes Beatles/Petty/John Hiatt/more Dylan/Blind Faith.... It don't end. And the tone is great AT ANY VOLUME SETTING I CHOOSE. How can this amp be this good? Inquiring minds want to know. Close enough for science. Actually better than could've been hoped for for science.
JJ
Why do I even have other amps in the house?

Quit beating around the bush - tell us how you really feel! Gotta agree the Remedy is in a class of its own. In 20 years, folks will be wanting the amp that sounds like a Remedy.

I wish I could turn mine up to that volume.. I am always surprised by how much variation in tone you can get.. Most guys here say the Maz SR or JR is a do it all amp but I think the Remedy is.. It might have the dual volume control like a Plexi and be somewhat based off it, but it is a better sounding Marshall than Marshall and for cleans it is a cross between Marshall and Fender.. At least to me it is .. Best of both worlds if ya ask me..

Its funny, I love my Remedy - but I have his same feelings everytime I plug into a Z - whichever it may be. The Remedy sure is special though.

Yea, it is special! I've played country, classic rock, modern rock, blues... all through the same darn amp.
