I notice that when I am turning the Master volume on my 65 side it pretty much doesn't do much after about 11 or 12 o'clock, it's just plain loud after 11 with little change. Is the Master on your 6545 linear all the way from 7 o'clock to 5 o'clock?

BDUNARD,
I have not tried that as of yet with my 6545. I generally keep the master at 1 O'Clock. I will give it a try though and let you know if I find the same thing.

Well, I finally got a chance to try out the master question and my 6545 does seem to do as you noticed but mine does not taper off until around 2 O'Clock or so. After that point I get more saturation/compression than straight volume increase.
