I plugged My Kurzweil PC-88 keyboard into the Ghia combo. What a great amp for keys - just adjust the tone for the right amount of thin or fat. I wonder if the doctor has ever considered an amp specific for keys.

Kt45 would probably be the best for keys, most clean power.

A pianist friend of mine asked to borrow it once for a gig at a funeral or wedding once, I was concerned about the lower range of an 88 key keyboard damaging the amp or speaker and arranged for him to borrow a friend's bass amp.

I can understand the concarn with the lower range. I was thinking of it more for recording. For the more bassy sounds, you can turn down the tome to thin it out

Of course, I can't wait to run my Melodica through my amps and effects when I get a passive pickup for it and have it integrated into my front end switching system... ELP RULES!!!
