Marshalls now? I played one at the Columbus guitar show and it was an eye opener! ... or ear opener! I used a Strat to get some great tones from those 6V6s tubes. Of course the amp was plugged into a Z best cab, so I'm sure that was a plus. I hope it sounds as good or better with a P90 or humbucker. I'm can't wait for this thing to show up. I usually don't get this excited about an amp, but I think this is going to be a real treat!

I love the Remedy with P90s. I wish I could do better at slide, as the Remedy and the P90s have that mojo for slide without having to use a comprossor or OD.

My Remedy is the best humbucker amp I have. By a wide margin - at least for the tones I try to go for. If I played my humbuckers real clean, maybe I wouldn't say that, but that's not my MO.

Well ; based solely upon the advice and comments from all you Dr. Z fanatics , I have a Remedy well on it's way to my home via UPS , scheduled for tomorrow. And so , I hold all of you personally responsible in the unlikely event that the Remedy doesn't live up to my expectations , or ......... if it ROCKS. ( my fingers are crossed for the latter ) I'd have to drive 4 hours to reach the nearest Z dealer , and they've only got a few models in stock.

The Remedy is a killer amp, I'm loving it!
As I've posted before I foolishly let my mid 70's Marshall 50W MkII go, the only amp I could be in tonal heaven with a nothing but a cable between the amp and guitar.........until now!
I also have a Marshall 1974X that I don't think I'll ever part with, sweet amp.

I sold my JCM800 to buy my Remedy. Was an emotional ordeal, but it absolutely worked out for the best. I LOVE my Remedy!

Remedy is pretty darn amazing, but I wouldn't sell those Marshall amps just yet. I think the JTM 45 would sit nicely in a stereo setup WITH the Remedy...

When I bought my Remedy I sold my Maz 18jr. I've become a real 6V6 fan and also have a Z28. The Remedy with a Z-Best is heaven and a super gigging combination. I use it with single coils and P90's and it's great with both. You won't be sorry.

I sold my white Marshall limited edition 50 watt MK11 plexi to get the Remedy and I am still lovin the Remedy. I have to agree with Steve as he said in the past the Remedy sounds great with any cab/speaker I have tested it with. I play at church with it through the Z-Best and it just rocks I can get excellent clean and overdriven tones with some nice crunch all from the guitar volume control...... and it also loves effects...
When I play smaller churches I use my 1/12 Z cab open back.
No regret's at all the Remedy is a fantastic amp.

I really don't have much time on my Remedy yet, I just got it yesterday but it seems to have it's own thing going here! The Marshall is still a different animal, but the Remedy captures some of that, and IMO captures the touch sensitivity of a Vox AC30. I hear the detailed string vibes that I've only heard with the Vox, but along with that, a powerful bottom end that is powerful and dynamic.
I'm thinking right off the bat, this may be the amp of amps for me! Time will tell!
